How to Bid Video

2024 Online Auction Rules

Thank you for participating in the 2024 ChadTough Gala Online Auction! Your purchases and donations will help us fund desperately needed research to help cure pediatric brain cancer, particularly the most deadly type - DIPG.

Please note the following rules and guidelines for this year's online auction:

The auction is open to all. You do not have to attend the event to bid on or win an item.
Bidding is online only - there will be no paper bidding on site at the event.
Items will be displayed at the event for attendees to view in person. You will be able to bid via your phone while at the event.
Tip: If you select Auto Bid, the system will place minimum bids for you as needed up to a maximum amount that you designate.
If there are multiple Auto Bids for the same winning amount, the item winner will be the bidder who committed to the Auto Bid winning amount first.
The auction will close at 8:00pm on the day of the event. So get your bids in!
Once the auction closes, you will be prompted to pay for your winning items via the auction website.
Attendees are expected to pick up their winning items at the event. Arrangements will be made to get items to any winners who are not in attendance.
