The amazing LVL UP Fitness FL community near the Mize family organized a third-party fundraiser and raised over $1,500 during their Reps for Raegan event! 100% of those funds were donated to the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation and thus going towards research and development for helping to find a cure for pediatric DIPG.

The third annual Brave Like Brody Golf Event will be held at the Colonial Country Club, 2736 Countrywood Pkwy, Cordova, TN 38016. The proceeds will benefit the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundaton and the Brave Like Brody UT Scholarship Fund.

1Superhero Sprint & 6K (2024)Raised $234,502
The Superhero Sprint & 6K race was created in honor of Michael Mosier, who battled DIPG for 8.5 months before passing away in May 2015. 2024 will be the 9th Annual event to honor Michael and all the superheroes that we have lost to DIPG, are currently fighting, or will be diagnosed in the future.
This race is hosted virtually every year in May, during Brain Tumor Awareness Month. You can walk, run, bike, dance, or participate in any activity you like, anytime in May! You’re welcome to get together with a group or participate individually.
Registration ends on May 17th, DIPG Awareness Day.

FRMS vs Cancer, a club at Franklin Regional Middle School in PA, organizes fundraisers for cancer charities.
They chose the Chadtough Defeat DIPG Foundation as the charity for their recent school volleyball tournament, to help fight brain cancer.

A member of Portage Central’s class of 2022, Sophie Varney’s memory lives on and culminated to touching the greater Kalamazoo-area softball community in the fifth annual ‘Sophie Strong’ Classic. Only this time, it wasn’t just a game, it was an six-team tournament with all proceeds benefiting the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation.

The Paintbrush Art Studio is raising funds for ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation at their very first Kids’ BINGO Day on Sunday February 25th from 12:00 – 2:30pm. For kids aged 4 – 10 years old.
Kids will be guided in the creation of their own BINGO cards and then play for fabulous prizes including ART supplies, games and toys, and GCs to The Paintbrush and other local kid-friendly businesses! Snacks will be served. ALL proceeds will be donated to the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation to help fund research for this 100% fatal form of pediatric cancer. Another year is upon us and it’s time to play the annual One Club Tournament in Hilton, NY. This tournament is organized in memory of Mackenzie Bennett who passed away of DIPG. Proceeds will go to the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation. Some of the money raised is donated to the “Friends of Friends” and help families at Christmas time that are in need. Here’s a rundown for those that may be new:
- $50 per golfer
- 9 holes of golf (only allowed to use “1” club)
- We go out in large groups so don’t plan on setting up a foursome.
- After party gathering at Fosters Restaurant in Hilton. Garbage plate buffet, 3 drinks included with your entry fee and Chinese Auction.
- 50/50 tickets
- Buttonwood Golf Course

Everyone’s favorite grandmother, Barbara “Babs” Costello, will be teaming up with ChadTough Defeat DIPG to host the inaugural ChadTough’s Brunch with Babs.
Babs has become a social media sensation with over 2 million Instagram followers and over 3 million on TikTok by posting recipes, household tips, and seasonal ideas. Babs will bring her expertise to this “kick off to the holidays” brunch, where she will create a fall tablescape, talk recipes, and even share a signature cocktail with you. All proceeds will benefit ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation!
Babs is supporting ChadTough Defeat DIPG through this event in honor of our Family Partner, Team Owen. Owen Petrzelka, who lost his battle to DIPG in 2021 at the age of six, was the grandson of Babs’ dear friends, Anthony and Lucy Shaker.
