Excited to announce the first year of the Joey Deschenes memorial golf tournament! Those of you that knew Joey knew that he was always having fun no matter what he was doing. We’re hoping to bring that same energy to the course while benefiting the ChadTough Defeat DIPG Foundation. This is a foundation that was important to Joey and the whole Deschenes Family. Can’t wait to see everyone out there!
With the generosity of all the participants, we were able to raise over $7,000! Half of that (being $3,160) we want to donate to your organization in the name of our good friend that passed away last year, Joey Deschenes. Joey had a niece that had passed away a few years ago from DIPG so we only felt it fitting that the proceeds from the tournament in his name would be donated to a cause close to him.
